Thank you for helping me “walk through fire”. I could not have done all this without you.
-Julio Lopez, Dominican Republic

Dear Andrea,
I wanted to write and thank you for all of your help with my college preparation and search. Your help over the past couple of years made my life significantly less stressful during an incredibly busy time. Thank you for motivating me to get my stuff done realy and pushing me to keep making my application better. And thank you for pushing Vassar on the list last year, even when I didn’t think I would like it. I think my life would be very different right now if you hadn’t. I couldn’t be happier with my choice. Thanks again.
-Julia, Boston suburb

Dear Andrea,
Thank you for all your support through this hectic and stressful college process. I am not sure I could have made it without your advice, late night editing sessions, reassuring call (especially by my dad) and overall encouragement. I am extremely grateful to have had you. (Villanova)

-Phil, Metro West

Dear Andrea,
Thank you very much for all of your help navigating the college process. It all would have been so much more challenging without you. I am very excited to be heading to Miami of Ohio next year. Thank you again for everything.

Andrea, I’ve been meaning to reach out to you for a while now.  I’d just like to say a BIG thank you for helping us through the college selection process.  We can’t believe Megan will be heading off to UVM in a few short weeks.  Looking back we do appreciate how much you contributed to making our lives so much less stressful during Megan’s senior year.  Throughout, Megan commented often that she was ahead of her peers and so thankful not to be under the last minute pressures.  We never would have imagined that Megan would end up at UVM with her brother, but are confident with the journey that brought her to that decision. Megan is so comfortable with her choice and so excited to start this fall.  We thank you for your significant role in making this possible.  It was a pleasure getting to know you and we wish you well.

Mrs. G.
I just wanted to sincerely thank you for all your help this past year with college applications. You made this stressful time much less confusing. I couldn’t be happier now and I don’t think I would have been able to have my act together and get into Williams without your help! Thanks for everything.
-Jacqui Miller, Beverly, MA
Andrea – Ditto from me! You really are good at what you do. See you in a year or two for child #2.
-Jacqui’s, Mom Judy

A million thanks for your help these past two years. You definitely pointed my 2 kids in the right direction. I can not thank you enough for your constant reassurance and encouragement. You were as much a help to me as you were to my kids. over the college angst.” (Emory and Skidmore)
-Marcy A,

“Thank you Mrs. G I could never have pulled it together without you. You sure made a difference.” (Rice University)
-Courtney . Avon, CT

“We are thrilled that our son is going to Johns Hopkins. Without you it would never even have made his list. Thank you for a year of support and encouragement. “
-Ann T, Madison,NJ

“…From the moment my husband and I met with Andrea, we knew she would be a wonderful addition to my son’s quest for the right college! Of course, we were nervous, even though this was our younger son and had been down the college road already. She met with my son Noah on most occasions but always returned my phone calls in a timely manner. Andrea was both professional and very warm. In a time when budget restraints in public schools are so common, we felt as though our son was given the extra attention that was needed.”
-Joyce L, Marblehead, MA

Your work for us has been just extraordinary. This is the fourth time we have used your services, and each time it gets better and better!
-Krishen M., Tokyo

Andrea,I was talking to Ann the other day and she was singing your praises with regard to R’s college placement. Anyway, that reminded me of my intention to let you know that Julian seems very happy to be at Emory and to thank you for your efforts in that regard. Thanks again, it was a pleasure working with you. …….. talked to brother George this am and even he said it would have been no way possible without you(don’t suppose you could fix my mother’s Parkinson’s? and some problems I’m having with City building dept?)
so impressed!

We have so much confidence in you ability to “feel out” children, as your track record with our crew was so incredible.  I know you can help Matt make this a manageable and successful process as you have done in the past.  Please let me know if you are available to help our last one, and what you may like to have “in hand” before you begin.
-Mary and Bruce. Stamford, CT

Ryan, Michael and I can’t thank you enough for fitting us in on a Sunday evening when you could’ve been at the l9th Hole and on to Agassi!  Our conversation heading back to Marblehead was one of praise and enlightenment!  Ryan certainly enjoyed your honesty and sense of humor and took home so much from our meeting.  Needless to say we’d love you to consider spending more time with Ry as she goes through the essay and interviewing process, particularly addressing her issue.  I’m not sure if this made you any less likely to take her—but I can assure you, as you I’m confident surmised; Ryan’s an amazing, kind, wonderful daughter as well as big sister and an extremely hard working student.  (I know it’s what you’d expect a mother to say but it’s so true!)  That unfortunate mistake freshman year, will haunt her forever.  We appreciated and needed your advice on that serious subject and wholeheartedly agree with you re Ryan telling that story in her application. “Now a success story at Georgetown.”

Everyone needs time to walk on the beach, read a book for fun, or just “veg out”. Over-scheduling is one of the most stressful aspects of adolescences today. It is all about finding balance.
